ebroker: Management of received SMS
ebroker, it allows you manage SMS received from your customers, when they reply to the SMS previously sent from ebroker.
En Interactions > SMS > Received, you can view each of the SMS that your clients have answered after having sent an SMS from the system.
The process will behave differently depending on how the SMS was sent to the client:
- If the SMS was not sent with sender and the client responds to the SMS, it will be stored in SMS > Received.
- If the SMS is sent with sender text, if the client tries to reply, it will not allow him to send and the message will be displayed Invalid number.
- If the SMS is sent with sender and a mobile phone has been indicated, when the client answers it, the reply will be received on the telephone number provided, indicating the sender and will not be stored in Received.
