ebroker: Claims control
ebroker, it allows you track claims pending review and assign handlers.
Inside the section Accidents From the general menu, you will find the Claims control. When you access the window, you will find several filters at the bottom to search for claims and, at the top left of the window, you can choose the functionality to display: Pending review o Processor management.
