ebroker: Scheduled and Generated Communications – Notify: Business Element, Business Element + Specific, and Specific

ebroker, allows you to choose To which email address of each of your clients do you want to send alarms and notifications?.

In section Accounts From your customer records, you can now assign one or more contacts to the different modules to effectively direct which contact each communication will be addressed to. During the creation of your Alarms o Notifications, in the countryside Notify, you have the options Business elementBusiness element + specific y Specific.

  • Business element: shipments will be made to the email address provided by default in the customer's file.
  • Business element + specific: shipments will be directed to the email account provided by default in the client's file and to the account assigned to the module indicated in the communication.
  • Specific: shipments will be made Only to the email account that has informed the module indicated in the communicationThat is, if a client has several email accounts and one of them is associated with the module Policies, will only receive shipments belonging to the module Policies in said account.

In the case of SMS type communications, there is no option to select whether the message is sent to the mobile number that is marked by default and to the mobile number that we have specified for the module that is the object of the notification and/or alarm. Therefore, the message will be sent to the mobile phone that appears marked by default.
