ebroker: Scheduled Notifications (Alarms) and Generated Notifications (Notifications) – Customizing the sender's email
ebroker, it allows you generate an email notification or alarm on behalf of another email address different from that reported in System settings.
The new field has been implemented From: in the creation of alarms and notifications. This section is only available in communications email type, since it allows you customize the sender email account, that is, the account from which the communication is sent, being able to inform a different account to the one indicated in Control panel > Courier > Email address > System settings, although the shipping engine will continue to be the account reported in this section.
In the drop-down menu of the field From: You have two options: empty field y configured.
- Empty field: Shipments will be made from the account configured in System settings.
- configured: Shipments will be made from the email account specified in the field emails which is enabled by choosing this option.
Remember! In order for emails to be sent correctly when reporting a sender email in the field From:, it is imperative that the permissions for the email to be used be configured to authorize sending on behalf of said accounts on the mail server by the server administrator. Otherwise, communications will not be sent..
