With the implementation of the digital policy signing functionality through CIMA, you have the possibility to Create an email template where you can notify your clients about the signing process in a personalized way..
To generate this template, you must access Control panel > Courier > Email address > Templates. Click on New and, in the section Type, you must choose the option Signature / Firma.
Creating these templates is similar to creating any other type of email template. When editing the text of the template, you have a section on the left side of the window. Field: SignaturesBy clicking the magnifying glass icon, you can select the combined fields you want to include in the template so that each shipment collects the corresponding information for each customer.
