What words are the most repeated every time you open a social network, newspaper, blog, newsletter these days? Surely more than half of you have thought about Artificial Intelligence and that's what we're talking about today. AI causes interest to 92% of people (according to a survey of more than 60.000 people by the Mozilla Foundation) and in the insurance sector it was not going to be any less.
Daily, the sector media talks about artificial intelligence projects based on flight risk, customer service support, cross-selling models and fraud prevention. They are models that we will all have in our technological solutions because they allow us to optimize our portfolio, but they are models that do not cover a very important part of our businesses, especially thinking about the future, which is recruitment. Recruitment is the great forgotten and that is where we have a long way to go and harness the power of Artificial Intelligence.
At ebroker, since 2022, we have been collaborating with the University of Oviedo to identify models that are useful for insurance brokers using the most advanced Generative Artificial Intelligence techniques currently on the market. These models, in addition to those already mentioned for the client portfolio, will help the broker during the sales phase and will ensure that the client has more information about what he is contracting. Soon, our community of runners will begin working with these new solutions and we hope they will be very useful to you.
Finally, there is nothing that better represents a company's strategy than training employees in these aspects. Currently on ebroker, more than 20% of the team from different areas (business, technology, user service), have taken courses in data science and artificial intelligence, which makes us prepared for the projects we have designed in the short, medium and long term.
