This morning we participated in a training session of the College of Insurance Mediators of Asturias in Oviedo together with AXIS, in which we talked about "Connectivity as a key factor in the efficiency of Brokerages".
The session, which was attended by local insurance brokers in person and was also followed remotely by other professionals who connected to the webinar, was attended by Ignacio Friera (Vice President) from the Asturian association; José Coto (Responsible for Corridor Network Optimization and Value Offer) and José Manuel Martínez (Responsible for Mediator Connectivity) from AXA; and by ebroker, Higinio Iglesias (CEO), Nuria Alfaro (Marketing and Communications Manager), Alejandro Martínez (Business Analyst) and Mónica García (Sales Manager).
After the welcome and a general vision of the connectivity for the broker, exposed both by Higinio Iglesias and José Coto and José Manuel Martínez, Nuria Alfaro introduced the practical section talking about the general aspects of this area in ebroker and how through management processes, through the EIAC/CIMA standard and the integration of policies, receipts and claims (SIAPOL, SIAREC, Mov. de Receibos and SIASIN), as well as business processes through Marline, brokers can make your business more efficient.
Alejandro Martínez took the baton of the session to show in a practical way, in ebroker and Merlín, the operation of the connectivity processes with AXA and other insurers, from the configuration and parameterization of the environments, to the pricing, issuance of policies and management of the exchange of information between brokers and companies.
To close the day, Mónica García presented the Digital Kit offer that we at ebroker have prepared to cover the needs of insurance brokers interested in taking advantage of the bonus from European funds to promote their digitization, through a series of functionalities and services that cover the different categories of customer management, BI and data analytics, process management, virtual office services and tools, secure communications and cybersecurity.
