Last week, ebroker representatives traveled to the Canary Islands to present the latest technological developments of the platform in the field of sectoral connectivity to the registered brokers, carrying out two face-to-face sessions together with the insurer AXIS, both in the College of Insurance Mediators of Tenerife as in its counterpart Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
The attending professionals have seen first-hand the solutions that both ebroker and AXA make available to brokers to make their daily activity more efficient through their business connectivity and management processes of policies, receipts and claims, facilitating the exchange of automated information.
ebroker also showed the latest news and developments of Marketplace Merlin as a marketing tool, as well as all the power for data analysis at the service of the broker through the new Business Intelligence environment, BI PRO.
On behalf of ebroker, Pedro Ramos, director of Business Development, and Alejandro Gayo, from the Marketing and Communication department, participated. On the other hand, the insurer AXA was represented at the conference by Jose Coto, manager of Red Corredores Development, and José Manuel Martínez, manager of Connectivity Mediators, who showed attendees the different services offered by the multi-tariff and management level insurer to brokers through connectivity.
Pedro Ramos highlights about these conferences that: "For ebroker it is essential to be aligned and in contact with insurance brokers both directly and through the Associations of Mediators, since it is an environment conducive to detecting their needs and in this way continue developing the best solutions that in this sense they add more value to the broker and the activity of their business”.
