ebroker has successfully passed the independent audit carried out by the consulting firm PRODAT in which all of its personal data processing processes, such as ERP, have been subjected to a thorough regulatory compliance analysis.
PRODAT has certified that ebroker complies with the provisions of the Spanish Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPD-GDD) regulations and has implemented the security measures corresponding to each processing of personal data, as provided in Article 32 of the GDPR, and in this sense, the consultancy has ratified ebroker Insurance Technologies, SA as a member adhering to the PRODAT Data Protection Code of Ethics.
In turn, and faithful to the philosophy of continuous improvement in the field of its Information Security Management System (SGSI), ebroker has maintained the ISO/IEC 2009:27001 certification since 2017, which ratifies activities such as those related to database hosting, exchange services and sending information in the ebroker technology infrastructure.
