MAPFRE will incorporate its business operations into ebroker through connectivity processes for the collective of users of the platform.

11th December 2013. MAPFRE  y E2000, SA , owner of the ebroker technology platform, have signed an important cooperation agreement for the development of a broad set of connectivity processes between the business operations of the insurer and that of the collective of ebroker users.

This agreement will provide brokers with a functional operational framework integrated in ebroker to, in a first phase, marketing different insurance products of the company (cars, homes, communities and deaths) as well as consulting policies, receipts and claims. In a second phase new product options are foreseen for commercialization, as well as other high value functionalities for the broker.

All these advances in the connectivity processes simplify the operation and increase the efficiency of the broker's work with MAPFRE, while achieving the provision of better customer service.

Roberto López, Subdirector General del Canal Corredores de MAPFRE, and Higinio Iglesias, CEO of E2000 SA, have signed this agreement that has been formalized on 2nd December 2013
