Yesterday morning we held a free webinar to show users of our platform the company's Autos 1ª and Hogar products Reale Insurance available in Marketplace Merlin.
The session, which was attended by more than 400 professionals, of which 82% already work or have contemplated starting to work with Merlin products, began with Luis Boto (Director of the Connectivity Department) and Carlos Manzanares (Analyst of the Connectivity Department) of Reale Seguros, commenting on the present and future of Reale on the platform.
Next, Beatriz González, Specialist in Connectivity with ebroker Insurers, demonstrated to the attendees in a practical way and in an agile, easy and intuitive process the configuration of the products with all the permissions, customizations, templates and pricing operations and adjustments of issue.
In addition to the complete demonstration from configuration to the issuance of a policy for each product, Beatriz explained and showed how to apply discount management and electronic signature functionalities and the recently implemented photo-verification of vehicles with the company.
Adrián Álvarez, from the Marketing and Communication area, was in charge of introducing the participants and attendees to the session and collecting and moderating the questions and answers that arose during the presentation.
