We remind you that next week the deadline for submitting the Statistical-Accounting Documentation (DEC) 2023 ends, specifically on April 30.
Remember that the deadline for filing the DEC is April 30, 2024, and at ebroker you have the necessary tools to make the electronic filing. In Company data > Accounting books-records > Official documentation models, you have different functions and tools that will assist you during the generation of the file.
The DEC 2023 must be submitted before April 30, 2024. The application to submit the DEC is now available on the DGSFP website. At ebroker you have the necessary tools to carry out the telematic presentation of the brokerage's statistical-accounting information.
ebroker, allows you to download the personnel record book in PDF format. You can download it at Company > Company data > Books-accounting records > Official documentation models > Generation of record books > Generation of the personnel record book. This PDF contains the basic data (Name/Company name, ID, Town, Date of registration and Date of withdrawal) and the training data (Date, Type of training, Previous level, Medium, Hours, Expense and Description) of each registered employee in Company data > Organization > Contact management.
We remind you that the deadline for submitting the Statistical-Accounting Documentation (DEC) 2022 ends next week, specifically on April 30. In ebroker you have the necessary tools to carry out the telematic presentation of the statistical-accounting information of the brokerage. To do this, you must generate the file from the button Generation of the file for telematic presentation. Once generated, select the one corresponding to the year for which you are submitting the DEC from the File History for telematic submission. In this case, it would be Annual-2022.xml. Next, click on Download file so that it is saved on your computer and you can import it into the DGSFP application. You also have the printing of models in .pdf format in the Model printing interface button.
ebroker, allows you to exclude the data of your collaborators and branches from the Statistical-Accounting Documentation (DEC). To exclude a commercial entity from the DEC, you must access the Commercial Entities module. Find the entity to exclude and click on the Training option, a window will open where you can check the box Exclude statistical-legal information, excluding the corresponding DEC entity. To exclude a branch from the DEC, go to Company data > Organization > Structure. In the list of branches, select the branch to exclude and click on the button Manage branches. Here, you can find the box Exclude DEC branch data. After marking it, the data of the previously selected branch will not appear in the Statistical-Accounting Documentation. Remember that, if you have generated the file prior to the modification of this data, it is necessary to generate it again so that the information is updated.
