681. User Accounts – Topics
ebroker allows you to change, at the user level, the appearance of your ebroker, being able to choose between four different themes. With the release of the new interface, ebroker UX+, we will show you below how to modify, individually, the appearance of your work environment. Simply go to Control Panel > User Accounts, and double click on the user for whom you want to make the change. Go to the Themes tab, here you have four different interfaces: Default Transaction High contrast UX+ After making the modification, it is necessary to restart the program.
673. Validation control
ebroker, allows you to configure the security of access to your database and the strength of the passwords of each user. In Control Panel > Validation control, you have several timers so that you can indicate the number of failed attempts allowed to access the program, the number of minutes of blocking for exceeding access attempts and the number of days for the password to expire user access. There are also different sections to strengthen the security of user passwords.
670. Days for homework review
ebroker, allows you to parameterize the days that must pass from the creation of a task to its review date. In Control Panel > Parameters > Tasks you will find the Days for task review option. In this field, there is a small box to indicate, with numerical characters, the days difference between the task creation date and its review date. For example, if you indicate 3 days for the review of tasks, the tasks created on 21/07 will have the 24/07 as their review date, that is, they will be notified in the task notice on the 24th.
668. Time interval for notification of pending tasks
ebroker, allows you to configure the time interval for the notice of pending tasks to appear. Access Control Panel > Settings > Miscellaneous. In the Time interval for the notification of pending tasks section, there is a drop-down in which you can choose this interval, between 5 minutes and 4 hours.
665. Recover the additional commission from insurers
ebroker, allows you to indicate that the Brokerage Commission is collected in the Recoveries plus the additional Commission. This option is found in Control Panel > General Options > Parameters > Receipts. In this tab there is the option Recover the additional commission from the insurers. By checking this box, ebroker will collect the total commission, that is, brokerage commission + additional commission. If you do not check the box, ebroker will make the recoveries collecting only the amount of the Brokerage Commission.
