662. Operations with policies – Cancel client without policies in force when canceling policy

ebroker, allows you to automate the cancellation of clients when SIAPOL cancels the only policy they have in force. This configuration is done at the company level in Control Panel > Operations with policies > Parameters. In the Parameterization of companies window you will find the option Cancel customer without policies in force when canceling policies. By checking this box, a drop-down will be enabled to choose the reason for cancellation that ebroker will indicate when canceling the client. After saving this configuration, each time you receive the cancellation of the only policy in force that a client has, this client will be automatically canceled with the previously indicated reason for cancellation.

648. Assignment of manager user in bulk

ebroker, allows you to assign a manager user to clients in a massive way. You can find this functionality in Administration > Bulk processes. Access the Manager User Assignment option in the Clients section. In the magnifying glass of the Manager user field, select the user that you want to assign to customers in bulk and, in the Filter option that appears on the back right of the module, search for customers to whom the indicated manager user will be assigned . When you have the user manager selected and the client list prepared, click on Process (the green check button) to carry out the process.

642. External insurance expiration notice

ebroker allows you to monitor the external insurance maturities of your candidates and/or clients on a daily basis by sending an internal communication in the form of an email. This monitoring is done by creating an alarm in the Interactions module. The means of communication must be email and ordinary priority. Select the corresponding template and set it to repeat daily. In the Notify section, choose the Configured option, after which you can specify the email account you want to receive the notifications, and you can even copy more accounts. In the Module section, select Candidates, or Clients, depending on the type of client you want to follow up on. To keep track of both, it would be necessary to create two alarms. In the search catalog, you must use the following filter: Expiration. (in the Profile tab): @DD60D@, that is, Within 60 Days. The number of days can be whatever you want.
