ebroker recently held a training session for the APROCOSE (Professional Association of Insurance Brokers), thus strengthening the strong and historic relationship that the two entities have maintained for years.
Despite stiff competition from other channels such as bancassurance and disintermediated sales, brokers maintain their unique value in providing advice and customer service.
During the last semester, we have successfully managed more than 16,000 interactions with our users. Of these interactions, 5,000 were outbound, which means that our SAU team has initiated contact to anticipate detected problems.
