ebroker, allows you to automate the closing of tasks related to claims when said claim is canceled or closed. Go to Control Panel > General Options > Parameters > Claims, here you will find the option Automatically close tasks when canceling the claim. If you check this box, ebroker will close the tasks related to a claim when it is closed or cancelled, leaving the tasks with a COMPLETED status.
ebroker, allows you to register claims processors at the company level. To carry out this process, access the Companies module, search for the insurer with which you want to register this processor and access Organization. Within this tab, in Contacts, you must register an area and department in their respective fields and, once created, the Contact Management option will be enabled. In this section, when registering a new contact within the previously indicated area and department, complete the required fields and check the Claims processor box. After having created it, it will be available to select in the Process field. Inc. in claims belonging to the company.
