The declaration of claims for AUTOS and the issuance of the HOGAR branch of Catalana Occidente are new ebroker connectivity services that will go into production imminently.
We connect with Catalana Occidente Seguros. We have signed with the Group Catalana Occidente AIE Technological Services, an agreement by which we are developing a progressive plan for the deployment of connectivity services.
As of today, the first phase of work has already been completed on our part, and in validation by Catalana Occidente, and the offer and subscription of the HOME branch will be put into production shortly in ebroker, as well as the processing of opening of CLAIMS in the auto branch. Both functionalities join those already available for the offer and issuance of CARS in the first category.
ebroker natively implements the connectivity functionalities with the management environment, optimizing in a very important way the resources of the brokerage with the consequent reduction of the workload and cost savings.
The agreement was signed by the CEO of E2000, SA Higinio Iglesias and David Capdevila Ponce, Director of Grupo Catalana Occidente Servicios Tecnológicos AIE, which represents a new stage of relationship between both entities and strengthens and reinforces the position of the insurer on the platform ebroker
According to Higinio Iglesias: “We are very satisfied with the agreement reached,« since it involves, on the one hand, sealing an existing link with a company of great relevance in the Spanish insurance sector, such as Grupo Catalana Occidente, and, on the other, continuing to expand our offer of connectivity services to our user corridors ”.
According to David Capdevila: “At Grupo Catalana Occidente we have traditionally opted for technology because it allows us to improve the service we provide to our clients. Currently, these services are based on highly diversified solutions and platforms, and in order to reach everyone with an adequate response time, collaboration between entities is necessary ”.
