AXA and E2K, through the PRISMA initiative, reinforce their cooperation to improve portfolio retention levels in the broker channel.

AXIS y E2K, have signed the renewal of their big data analytics project PROTOS, which began last year with the aim of improving portfolio retention levels and results in the insurance broker channel.

This renewal of the agreement highlights the success of the pioneering industry collaboration model based on the use of big data, with the aim of taking advantage of the use of data and technology, for its application to different analytics projects with the aim of obtaining value and knowledge for the benefit of the professional community.

During this year of joint work in PROTOS, the AXA and E2K teams have been able to obtain conclusions and results applicable to the improvement of portfolio renewal rates and their implementation through specific connectivity functionalities through the ebroker technology platform.

“Today is a day of celebration, because the renewal of this agreement represents the confirmation of a great step that we took last year, and which was a milestone in the cooperation between insurers and brokers around the power of data for the benefit of the broker. The excellent collaboration of the teams has allowed us to go further in the knowledge and use of big data, reinforcing our belief in technology and innovation as key pillars to improve the businesses of insurance brokers; as we have clearly seen with the improvements in the retention levels of this project”, stated Higinio Iglesias, CEO of E2K.
