What is the strategy that governs your company's CSR policy during this 2022, as well as its main pillars?

In defining our CSR strategy, we thought about our contribution as a company in the social, economic and environmental fields and how it aligns with the current sustainable development goals, and we are clear that our main focus is people, and around Our policies and actions revolve around your well-being.

The importance of personal and professional development, combining senior and junior talent with human resource management where the right conditions are met to generate satisfaction and well-being. It is true that we have special policies and actions for the development and attraction of young talent, but the contribution of all types of profiles is important, which is why we create the appropriate working conditions for them to coexist, share and contribute.

Training as a key to this development, generating environments where learning is a relevant part as a motivating element that in turn generates greater satisfaction, reduces inequalities and creates growth opportunities for all team members.

Equal opportunities regardless of gender, is something that is rooted in our culture since its inception, when this topic was not yet discussed, and both women and men have access to the same options in ebroker without any differentiation.

In ebroker there is room for diverse profiles, not necessarily technological ones from other academic areas such as Humanities, this opens up a range of possibilities and opportunities for professional development for young people.

Diversity and multidisciplinarity. It is unthinkable in the current market conditions, not to have talent from various disciplines, the different knowledge, points of view and approaches provided by people from different fields, based on complementarity and collaborative environments, allow us to carry out successful completion of the projects and challenges we face. But not only that, under this prism, in ebroker there is room for diverse profiles, not necessarily technological ones from other academic areas such as Humanities, this opens up a range of possibilities and opportunities for professional development for young people.

In line with the above, and taking into account the environment where the ebroker technology center is located, we enable local labor access, promoting employment in rural areas and avoiding the flight of talent to find work, both to other cities or even to other countries.

On the other hand, sport is a reflection of values that as a company characterize us and that we actively support by sponsoring sports activities, not only external but also internal.

We cannot forget our contribution to the environment, but just as it happens with gender equality, for a long time we have been aware of it with measures and actions such as cloud infrastructures both internal and from our clients, as well as the culture paperless as a way of working even when there was still no talk of CSR or SDGs.

What priority actions are you developing and expect to continue implementing throughout this year?

We believe that the strategy must have continuity over the years and must be consistent with culture and values, of which we can highlight the following specific actions:

Collaborations with the University of Oviedo for the development of specific programs for the incorporation of young talent, as well as the development of university courses in current affairs aimed at promoting knowledge in the insurance sector.

Promotion of quality education and new technologies in our community, establishing an agreement for the provision of a technological classroom and the donation of computer equipment to the Queen Adosinda College, an educational institution in Pravia, the town where the ebroker Center.

Labor flexibility that contributes to work and family reconciliation and generates well-being among employees.

Have suppliers and collaborators socially responsible.

Global training plan that is projected on the intellectual growth of people, not only providing knowledge, but skills and abilities.
