This Friday we received at our ebroker Center facilities Rosa de Oña, director of Business Development and Connectivity of Zurich Insurance and president of the CIMA Commission and to Aurelio del Río, manager of the insurance company's Channel for Brokers and Broker Associations, with whom we have had a productive working day.
The meeting was attended by our CEO Higinio Iglesias, Saúl González, CTO, Nuria Alfaro, Director of Marketing and Communication, and Pedro Ramos, Director of Project Engineering, who discussed various issues and projects with the insurer's representatives. to continue strengthening the context of the connectivity between the company and the brokers integrated in our technological platform, both through the commercial processes through the Marketplace Merlin such as policy management processes, receipts and claims.
During the day, the rhythm of accessions and evolution of the CIMA platform, of which Rosa de Oña is president, and in which ebroker is the leading platform in terms of broker accessions, were discussed. There was also talk about the next steps to be taken at CIMA in terms of bidirectionality in the exchange of information between companies and brokers and how from ebroker we contribute, in this sense, our experience of more than 10 years working as a technology in the EIAC standard and automated connectivity.
Zurich Seguros and ebroker continue to explore new lines of technological cooperation that allow user insurance brokers to have the most innovative connectivity tools for their mediation activity.
