654. Companies – Claims processors
ebroker, allows you to register claims processors at the company level. To carry out this process, access the Companies module, search for the insurer with which you want to register this processor and access Organization. Within this tab, in Contacts, you must register an area and department in their respective fields and, once created, the Contact Management option will be enabled. In this section, when registering a new contact within the previously indicated area and department, complete the required fields and check the Claims processor box. After having created it, it will be available to select in the Process field. Inc. in claims belonging to the company.

ebroker, allows you to consult the assistance numbers of all the companies, speeding up your search and being able to view all the contacts from a single window. These telephones must be previously registered with Companies, in the Tlfns section. Assistance from each company.
